Touchpoints of Transformation: A Beginner’s Guide to Clinical EFT Tapping in Therapy Workshop
Friday, May 17, 2024
9:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. PT
Workshop Description
Would you like a simple and effective somatic/cognitive technique to add to your therapeutic skills?
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping helps shift clients stalled by unresolved emotional barriers, allowing them to make progress towards their desired intentions.
Clinical EFT is used by healthcare professionals to address a variety of challenges our clients are dealing with, including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Stress. An evidence-based technique, Clinical EFT has been demonstrated to be a highly effective tool for change in peer-reviewed clinical trials.
It is used in VA centers and Kaiser Permanente, is more comprehensive than the informal or self-help EFT, and is designed to ensure consistent, reproducible results in clinical settings.
In this interactive virtual workshop, you will learn the basic recipe of Clinical EFT so you can begin using it with your clients. There will be time for questions and you will get direct experience and practice during the workshop.
