I have been in touch with many people and I hear commonalities about “shelter in place” experiences.

I’ve heard a wide range of reactions. Everything from feeling bored, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, nonproductive and other challenges.

I also hear about people feeling an increase in peaceful feelings.

People want to increase their meditation time, musing time, creative time and cutting themselves slack for doing nothing “productive”. Some even report feeling more rested!

Using EFT Tapping with clients has helped them take the edge off difficult feelings and enjoy the good things they notice they are fortunate to have.

With these surprisingly successful results, people newly exposed to EFT Tapping, even outside of the mental health field, have become interested in knowing what it’s all about.

In fact, SHAPE.com magazine recently featured an article about EFT Tapping, and I was one of two experts featured!

I think this article is a great introduction to EFT Tapping. Click here to check it out.

Please let me know what you think about the article and if it answered any of your questions.

And of course, please email me with anything EFT Tapping related that I might be able to help you with!
